However, we continue to offer Distance Reiki and online classes in meditation and thriving (and also coping!) for empaths! We are here to help you reduce pain, anxiety, and stress during this de-stabilizing time.

Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a Japanese healing art that channels energy through touch and intention. Reiki reduces tension, stress, and pain and promotes overall wellness. Reiki soothes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality. It is gentle enough to be used on infants, children, and the elderly. Reiki is used in 15% of American hospitals. For a Reiki session, clients wear comfortable clothing and either sit in a chair or lie on a massage table.
