Midday Meditation – Online Class *FREE*
Bask in the benefits of social interaction and meditation in a 10-minute, daily meditation session each weekday at noon with Caitlin via Zoom.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “midday meditation” for the link to the meeting.
One-on-One Meditation Sessions
If you are looking for a more in-depth instruction into your individual needs and interests in the realm of meditation, schedule a one-on-one video session.
Distance Reiki Sessions
Reiki energy can be shared with you wherever is most convenient for you. Similar to an in-person session, you lie or sit comfortably and breathe. Observe any thoughts, feelings, and sensations without engaging with them as the Reiki energy flows through you. Distance sessions tend to be more powerful and complete more quickly. Take 15 or 30 minutes to get comfortable and quiet as Reiki is sent to you over the phone. (Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet video calls are also available if you prefer to see Caitlin as she shares Reiki. The visual is not necessary, but some clients feel it helps them feel connected so we are happy to oblige.)
Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a Japanese healing art that channels energy through touch and intention. Reiki reduces tension, stress, and pain and promotes overall wellness. Reiki soothes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality. It is gentle enough to be used on infants, children, and the elderly. Reiki is used in 15% of American hospitals. For a Reiki session, clients wear comfortable clothing and either sit in a chair or lie on a massage table.
